the home shown. Of course any newspaper reader, located anywhere,
must simply type the web address in the ad into his browser to
go directly to the home for a virtual tour. Home buyers in other
states who may not have seen the ad may be searching for a home
on the internet, find our web site, and after selecting the state
and city of their choice, find your home. But, you have a 95%
chance of selling your home to someone who is in your community.
Q. Can I change my description, price or
write-up after it is completed?
A. Yes, just email us your changes and we will post them within
three days.
Q. When is the deadline to get my home up
and running for Sunday's Paper?
A. The deadline for changes or installing your home by Sunday
is 12:00 Noon on the preceding Wednesday.
Q. How long does my home stay in your system?
A. Until sold. You must notify us every 60 days by email at continue@for-sale-by-owner-ad.com
in order to keep your home in the system. If we do not hear from
you we will assume your home has sold.
Q. How fast does the average home sell?
A. This depends on how well the home's asking price matches the
price the public is willing to pay. Average homes take six months
when listed with realtors because home owners usually ask for
more than the home will normally sell for (based on the realtors
information or an appraisal). As the homeowner gets tired of waiting
he will drop the price and the buyers will appear. The unfortunate
