Main Level Rooms - The large, 15'10"x22'10" family room is entered from the 2 car garage (with automatic door opener) or the kitchen and accesses the back yard through a covered porch. The small yet versatile kitchen faces the beautifully landscaped back yard and is entered from the family room or dining room area. The dining room (which has been also used as a living room) is very pleasing with its' brick wall and fireplace. The area on both sides of the stairs that access the up and down levels provides plenty of space for your china hutch and small plantation desk.

 Upper Split Level - Two bedrooms and a full bath occupy the upper level of this house. The master bedroom can comfortably handle a California King bed, dresser, two nightstands and a hope chest. We have turned the other bedroom into an office with a vinyl floor covering added where your desk, chairs, file cabinets and computers could be placed. This room is in the back of the house and exits onto the back deck. At the base of the steps leading to the lower level is the utility room containing the water heater, forced air heating unit and hook up for your washer dryer (gas). This room is large enough to use as a den, office or exercise room.

 The Yard - Some highlights of the yard have already been mentioned. When the new owners moved in they completely ripped out every living thing and re-did all of the landscaping.
