Mrs. Sheppard:  Below are the instructions and ad I sent to the times news today.  I will call you Thursday to clarify the ads correctness.  The square footage was taken from the tax record which showed your basement was unfinished.  I dropped the price by $100 to conform to the marketing professions pricing guidelines.  Wednesday and Thursday are cloudy rainy days and Friday will be clear so I have postponed the picture taking until Friday Afternoon.
